90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 4 featured eight couples, but only one of them is still together in 2025. The season premiered on February 23, 2020, shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It included some of the most iconic cast members, who entertained the audience with their antics. Big Ed Brown, a then-56-year-old man from San Diego, was introduced on the spin-off with Rosemarie Vega, a single mother from The Philippines. Geoffrey Paschel, a single father of three, traveled to Russia to meet his online girlfriend, Varya Malina, in hopes of formalizing their online relationship.

David Murphey, a software engineer from Las Vegas, surprised many fans when he disclosed that he was in a 7-year-long relationship with his girlfriend, Lana, from Ukraine. Still, they had never spoken on the phone or had a video chat. They dated for years without meeting in person. Many viewers, including David's family, believe that Lana isn't real or that David is being deceived by someone else. However, everyone's doubts were dispelled when Lana finally met David in Ukraine. The couple even got engaged toward the end of 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 4.

After David and Lana got engaged on the show, they were planning to apply for a K-1 visa so they could get married in the United States. However, in November 2021, Lana announced their split months after David described their relationship as complicated. Lana is still in Ukraine and, according to her last update, is working as a "police investigator."

Sadly, David passed away at the age of 66 on December 11, 2024. His family posted a message on his Instagram, stating, "David Murphey, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away after experiencing health issues over the last several years."

Varya Anticipates Geoffrey's Early Release

Geoffrey and Varya's relationship has always been complicated. They got engaged on the show but weren't able to get married as Geoffrey was sentenced to 18 years in prison on February 3, 2022.

Despite moving to the United States from Russia after winning a green card through the lottery, Varya is saddened to see Geoffrey behind bars. She has no plans to move on from him and believes he may be released before the 18-year sentence is up. In the meantime, she is traveling to different countries and recently celebrated her 36th birthday with her mother in Turkey.

Big Ed is now reportedly single and focused on his job as a real estate agent in Arkansas. Rose, on the other hand, seems to be single and busy advancing her career as a social media influencer.
