Heretic Streaming Release Date Revealed After Hugh Grant’s Horror Hit Raked In $50M+ At The Box Office

The A24 horror movie, which was written and directed by A Quiet Place's Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, stars Hugh Grant as a seemingly wholesome man whose sinister side is revealed when he traps a pair of Mormon missionaries (Sophie Thatcher and Chloe East) in his home to have an increasingly heated debate about religion. A24 has announced that Heretic is set to stream exclusively on Max as of March 7. The movie will also debut on HBO linear the following day, March 8, at 8:00 p.m. ET. This streaming release date comes almost exactly four months after the movie's wide release theatrical premiere on November 8, 2024, and three months after it debuted on video on demand platforms on December 10.
