Big Ed is a 59-year-old man from San Diego who was first seen in90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 4. Big Ed became sort of an icon after he put mayonnaise in his hair to make himself look younger for his girlfriend, Rose Vega, who was half his age. His next girlfriend, Liz Woods, was also a much younger. This time, Big Ed got into fitness to get healthier.

Big Ed posted a worrisome video while lying in a hospital bed with wires attached to him. He coughed as he said he was in the ER.
